LEADTOOLS Forms Recognition is a high-level .NET SDK that harnesses the power of LEAD's image processing technology to intelligently identify document components and features that can be used to recognize and classify scanned documents. The LEADOOLS Forms Recognition toolkit can be used to process a list of images, return unique XML data that describes them, and then store and use that data set as a standard for recognizing future digital images. This approach is especially powerful when combined with LEADTOOLS scanning, deskew, document image clean up, OCR, ICR, OMR, MICR, redaction, and annotation functionalities for automating end-to-end (capture-to-data-processing) document handling workflows.

• LEADTOOLS Raster PDF Plug In by LEAD Technologies

  Add PDF support to your LEADTOOLS applications. LEADTOOLS Raster PDF Plug In is an add-on module for all LEADTOOLS SDKs that extends support for PDF, Postscript and EPS formats. It allows for the loading, saving, viewing, rasterizing and encoding of these three formats and integrates seamlessly with the imaging functionality present in the existing LEADTOOLS toolkits. Full multi-page write support is provided with this module and you can append, insert, replace or delete a specified page in a generated PDF file. The LEADTOOLS Raster PDF Plug In has the following import capabilities: PDF 1.3, PostScript Language Level 3 and EPS files. Support is also provided for loading the entire document or a specified set of sequential pages.

• LEADTOOLS PDF OCR Module by LEAD Technologies

  Add PDF output capability to your OCR enabled applications. LEADTOOLS PDF OCR Module provides functionality to output an OCR job as searchable (text) PDF. Available as an optional module for the LEADTOOLS Document Imaging SDK or LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging SDK with the OCR Module.

• LEADTOOLS OMR Module by LEAD Technologies

  Optical mark recognition for scanned documents. LEADTOOLS OMR Module is used for recognizing optical marks (checkmarks). Typical applications include the processing of questionnaires, ballots, educational tests and reporting and ordering sheets where the documents to be processed are form-like and filled in by hand by respondents. The frame for the mark can be rectangular, hexagonal, circular or elliptical and can be filled in by any method (x, tick, hatching, horizontal or vertical lines, etc.). The frame may be visible or invisible (scanner dropout) in the image sent for recognition. Requires either LEADTOOLS Document Imaging SDK, LEADTOOLS Medical Imaging SDK or the LEADTOOLS OCR Module.

• LEADTOOLS OCR Module by LEAD Technologies

  Add OCR technology to your applications quickly and easily. LEADTOOLS OCR Module includes preset confidence and accuracy levels, artificial intelligence and built-in and user-defined lexicons for limiting the type of text to recognize within a particular zone. You can verify or correct text during and after recognition. LEADTOOLS can help with your OCR development and cut your programming time in half. With the LEADTOOLS OCR Module a developer can add many zoned areas to the same page and each zone can have its own options such as the OCR engine, filter and more.

• LEADTOOLS ICR Module by LEAD Technologies

  Convert handwritten text and numbers into machine readable strings and documents. LEADTOOLS ICR Module can convert handwritten reports into PDF (requires LEADTOOLS PDF OCR Module) or Word Doc files. It can be used in the same fashion and mixed on the same image as the OCR module (set as a recognition module to ICR as a zone option). The LEADTOOLS ICR Module supports hand written text in nearly 100 languages including 15 with dictionary support. The ICR features are included as an add-on module to extend the functionality of the LEADTOOLS Document Imaging SDK and the LEADTOOLS OCR Module by exposing the properties, methods, and events for two ICR modules to your applications.

• LEADTOOLS 2D Barcode Module by LEAD Technologies

  Add the ability to write and read 2D barcodes to your LEADTOOLS applications. LEADTOOLS 2D Barcode Module adds on to LEADTOOLS Imaging, Imaging Pro, Document Imaging, Medical Imaging and Vector Imaging SDKs. LEADTOOLS 2D Barcode Module includes C++ Class libraries and ActiveX controls. The barcode recognition software is very fast; it permits fast document scanners to maintain full speed while performing barcode recognition operations on the fly for document-indexing purposes.
