Create PDF documents without utilizing Adobe Acrobat. Aspose.Pdf is a non-graphical PDF document reporting component that enables applications to create PDF documents without utilizing Adobe Acrobat. Aspose.Pdf offers many features including: compression, tables, graphs, images, hyperlinks, security and custom fonts. Aspose.Pdf supports creation of PDF files through both an API and from XSL-FO files.

What's new in Aspose.PDF Java V2.4?
- HeaderFooter class has been rewritten to provide more flexibility
- Various page, table, header, footer's borders are supported
- Getting Image's width and height is now supported
- Most replaceable symbols are supported in Text
What's new in Aspose.PDF Java V2.x?
- Document Object Model (DOM) is supported like the .Net version
- XML is supported like the .Net version
- Truetype fonts are supported
Aspose.Pdf for Java provides the same features as Aspose.Pdf for .NET except that Aspose.Pdf for Java doesn’t use Aspose.Pdf defined XML but uses standard XSL-FO only. Some of the features of .NET version are now under development in the Java version.

- Supports creating PDF documents via API like Aspose.Pdf for .NET
- Supports converting existing XML file stream (.xml) plus a style-sheet file (.xsl) to a new a PDF file stream
- Supports converting an existing FO file stream to a new PDF file stream
