The File Version Control includes a single application style class meaning there are no objects to instantiate. Just set the FileName property to specify the file whose version information is to be retrieved and then access this information using the following read-only properties:
- FileVersionMS (most significant part of the file version number)
- FileVersionLS (least significant part of the file version number)
- ProductVersionMS (most significant part of the product version number)
- ProductVersionLS (least significant part of the product version number)
