ライセンス

FusionMaps is licensed on a per-developer and per-website basis.

Developer License (For Web Developers and Flas Developers who want to include dynamic flash charting capability in their web applications).
Allows 1 developer and up to 3 Web sites (unless the website falls in the Site License category). It also includes free minor upgrades and free support for 15 days (from the date of purchase).
Professional License (For Professionals and freelancers who develop multiple client web applications)
Allows 1 developer and any number of Web sites(unless the website falls in the Site License category). It also includes free minor upgrades, 1 year of free major upgrades and free support for 1 month (from the date of purchase).
Site License (For Hosted ASP/Subscription based sites, which use FusionMaps for their commercial modules).
Allows unlimited developers at a Single Physical Address and 1 Web site. It also includes free minor upgrades, 1 year of free major upgrades and free support for 1 month (from the date of purchase)
Enterprise License (For Businesses having multiple developers and websites)
Allows unlimited developers at a Single Physical Address and any number of Web sites. It also includes free minor upgrades, 1 year of free major upgrades and free priority support for 3 month (from the date of purchase), plus complete Source Code.

Each license of FusionMaps allows:

• Unlimited development servers
• Unlimited test servers
• Unlimited CPUs on a given server
• Unlimited end viewers

Additional Licensing Information

• Each developer refers to a named developer. Two developers cannot use the same FusionMaps Developer / Professional License. Only Site / Enterprise license allows the same FusionMaps license to be used by unlimited Developers at same location
• Licensing fee is irrespective of the number of users who might be viewing the maps through web browsers
• Each website refers to a different sub-domain. Multiple domains pointing to the same website would be considered as 1 website
• Source code is available to non-competing developers. Permission is NOT given to recompile the source code and redistribute it as a competing product that has the same use as the original FusionMaps source code
• None of the above licenses can be used to embed FusionMaps as a part of your free/commercial product. You'll need to purchase an OEM license for that purpose. Please contact us at sales@componentsource.com to get more information on this
