ライセンス
Commercial License:
The IntelliJ IDEA Commercial License is licensed per concurrent user to individual customers, companies, non-commercial (non-profit) and government organizations.
Per concurrent user licensing: Product is licensed per user. You can install IntelliJ IDEA on multiple machines, provided that a number of concurrent users never exceeds the number of purchased licenses.
Cross-platform compatible: You can use the same IntelliJ IDEA license on different operating systems, provided that it's not concurrently used.
Perpetual ownership: Your license is perpetual to the purchased version of IntelliJ IDEA. No annual renewal is required.
Non-transferable restriction: Use of the software is restricted to a licensed customer with no right to transfer. Companies and organizations can only transfer their licenses between employees and contractors.
Commercial license allows for:
- Perpetual use of the purchased version of IntelliJ IDEA
- Unlimited access to technical support via e-mail
- Bug fix updates and minor releases at no additional cost
- 40% off the full license price when upgrading to future major releases. Licensed users can optionally benefit from an additional discount on major releases with the IntelliJ IDEA Upgrade Subscription plan.
Upgrade Subscription Plan - Upgrade Subscription allows current IntelliJ IDEA customers to prepay for upgrades to the next
2 major releases of IntelliJ IDEA at a discount (see specifics below).
Features:
- 25% off the combined price of 2 major IntelliJ IDEA releases
- Priority delivery when applicable major releases become generally available
- Free unlimited email access to technical support and online support resources
- Free generally available bug fix upgrades and minor releases for the licensed IntelliJ IDEA version

Personal License:
The IntelliJ IDEA Personal License is a single user license that is available to individual developers purchasing the license with their own funds and for their personal use.
Personal License Terms - Single User License: IntelliJ IDEA Personal License is only for individuals purchasing the license with their own funds and for their personal use. This license permits use of a fully-functional version of IntelliJ IDEA by a single person for commercial purposes.
Cross-platform compatible: A licensed person can use the IntelliJ IDEA Personal License on different operating systems, provided that it's not concurrently used.
