Add Automated Process Management for Extreme Programming (XP). Select Scope Manager helps developers automate their XP development, speeding the delivery of business critical applications. Using XP (Extreme Programming) significantly reduces development cycle time and costs. Select Scope Manager enables stories, ideas, documents and analysis to be logged. This then allows development teams to estimate and detail the tasks required. Stories can then be selected and assigned to releases, based on resources and risks.
