We have added several new toll free numbers in Eastern Europe to help our customers speak to us more easily. Business from Eastern Europe is growing steadily, as more and more countries join the European Union, (formerly known as the European Community (EC) or the European Economic Community (EEC)) and some start to use the Euro. To help service this growing market - we have added toll free numbers in 7 countries in Europe: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Russia & Slovenia. We have recently added a new language (or is that 2 new languages?) to our Translation Service offering for publishers. You can now request translations from English into Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. We already offered translation services into: French, German, Italian, Spanish, Japanese and Korean - so it made sense to add Chinese based on requests from you for further assistance in this area. There is a handy calculator available on the Web page (link below) and this allows you to estimate the likely costs involved by entering the number of words and checking the boxes for the languages you are interested in.
