A desktop is defined to be a computer that is operated either attended or via remote access, by no more than one person at a time. If more than one person can simultaneously use the computer where you plan to install the product, you must purchase a Server License. A Desktop License is valid for one single desktop installation.

• 1 Year Timed Subscription - Must be renewed during the subscription term to maintain functionality. Free ongoing updates, upgrades, new released while subscription remains current.
