Per Capacity License

• Your organization is using the Premium capacity node from Microsoft.

Enterprise License

• Single entity - for licensing entire organization. Company has two divisions, two separate entities, one in EU and the other in US. They fully license one of them, if that`s an option.
• Full Enterprise license. This would cover both entities from the previous example and, potentially, third in Asia, if they decide to expand after acquiring the license

External Viewer Site license (EVSL) / Publish to Web

• For licensing external public report viewers.
• You have 1 report creator who publishes reports to your homepage for public access.
• You require a Per user license for 1 report creator and EVSL for an unknown amount of External public report viewers.

OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer)

• For use in SAAS / on-premises distribution.
• You have built your application using Power BI Embedded and you would like to include ZoomCharts Drill Down Visuals in it.
