Auto Responder is licensed on a per server basis and the total number of servers on which the product is installed must not exceed the number stated on your license.

Software Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

  • Access Updates - Supported customers are offered all product updates free of charge - since only up-to-date installations of the product will be supported by Exclaimer. Thus, new features, new additions and any bug-fixes will be exclusively available to SMA-covered customers.
  • Reaching Support - Phone, email, VOIP and remote desktop support are all available - Exclaimer Support provides a range of communication mediums to match the availability, requirements and urgency of the customers and their requests. Exclaimer Support operates during US Eastern and UK/Western Europe business hours Monday-Friday, except December 25th and 26th and January 1st.
