サブスクリプション更新 - 猶予期間
サブスクリプションの更新によりサポートとメンテナンスがさらに1年間延長され、前回のサブスクリプション更新日から30日以内に行う必要があります。この猶予期間内に更新しなかった場合、後日更新する際に追加料金が発生することがあります。
サブスクリプション更新 - 日付の調整
前回のサブスクリプションの有効期限の前後に更新を行うお客様については、Actiproがすべての新しいサブスクリプション更新を失効するサブスクリプションの終了日に合わせます。
たとえば、サブスクリプションの有効期限が2017年7月21日に設定されており、2017年7月6日（15日前）に更新した場合、新しいサブスクリプションは2017年7月21日 に開始し、2018年7月21日に終了します。
したがって、実際の有効期限の数日前または数日後に更新しても問題ありません。サブスクリプションの更新日は常に失効するサブスクリプションの終了日に合わせられるためです。
