当社の価格には、ComponentSource のライセンスとインストール サポートが含まれています。技術サポートは、サポートに関するパブリシャーのポリシーおよびご購入いただくライセンスの種類に基づき、パブリシャーが直接提供します。お客様の利便性のため、当社が直接発行した、またはパブリシャーから提供を受けたすべてのライセンス情報について、オンラインでバックアップを保持しています。購入後 30 日以内に新バージョンがリリースされた場合、無料で新バージョンへのアップグレードをリクエストできます。すべての販売は当社の標準 利用規約 に従い、当社の 返品ポリシー の対象となります。掲載されていないライセンス オプション（ボリューム ライセンスや製品の旧バージョンを含む）が必要な場合は、ください。

永久ライセンスおよびサブスクリプションライセンス
永久エンドユーザーライセンスは、ライセンス契約の条件に従ってソフトウェア製品を永久に使用する権利を付与します。
サブスクリプションライセンスは、ライセンス契約の条件に従ってソフトウェア製品をライセンスされたサブスクリプション期間中使用する権利を付与します。ソフトウェア製品を引き続き使用するには、サブスクリプションライセンスの更新（または永久ライセンスへのアップグレード）を購入する必要があります。
サブスクリプションライセンスには12か月の契約期間が必要であり、サブスクリプション期間が終了するまでお客様は解約できません。サブスクリプションライセンスには、サブスクリプション期間中の保守とサポートが含まれます。
お客様は、サブスクリプション期間中に標準の永久ライセンスへ変更できます。新しい永久ライセンスを購入する際に、サブスクリプションライセンス分のクレジットが付与されます。なお、使用済みの保守期間はクレジットから差し引かれます。

スタンドアロンライセンス
スタンドアロンライセンスは、個人用またはスタンドアロンのコンピュータでAH Formatterを実行するために必要です。AH Formatterをインストールして実行したい各スタンドアロンコンピュータごとに1つのスタンドアロンライセンスが必要です。
AH Formatterは、インストールされているコンピュータ上でのみ使用できます。このライセンスでは、AH Formatterがインストールされているコンピュータにアクセスできる場合でも、直接または間接的に他のコンピュータでAH Formatterを使用することはできません。
スタンドアロンライセンスには次の制限があります。
サーバーライセンス
サーバーコンピュータでAH Formatterを実行するには、サーバーライセンスが必要です。サーバー上で動作するAPIを通じて、無制限の人数がAH Formatterを使用できます。
1つのサーバーライセンスは、1台のサーバーコンピュータにのみインストールできます。ただし、そのサーバーで動作するAH Formatterを使用できるクライアントコンピュータの数に制限はありません。
サーバーライセンスは1 CPUにつき1つ必要です。つまり、デュアルCPUサーバーマシンには2つのライセンスが必要です。
注意: サーバーライセンスでは、AH Formatterに含まれる.EXEや.DLLなどの実行可能プログラムをファイルサーバーに配置することはできず、またクライアントがクライアントコンピュータ上でそれらのプログラムを読み込んで実行することもできません。
OEMライセンス/再配布
AH Formatterのライセンスでは、AH Formatterに付属するプログラムをお客様の製品に組み込み、料金の有無にかかわらず配布することはできません。この प्रकारのライセンスをご希望の場合は、OEMライセンス契約が必要です。これを手配するには、sales@componentsource.comまでご連絡ください。

保証:
AH Formatter V6 standard には90日間の保証が付属します。AH Formatter V6 Lite には90日間の保証は含まれません。
保守サービスを受ける資格があるのは誰ですか?
保証期間または年間保守期間が終了した場合、お客様は、保証または前回の年間保守契約が終了した時点までさかのぼって保守費用を支払うことで、年間保守契約を購入できます。その後、お客様は継続的なサポート、AH Formatter の最新バージョン、および新しい契約期間中に利用可能となるすべてのアップグレードを受ける権利があります。
