すべてのamCharts 5: Charts（英語版）ライセンスは、現在のメジャーバージョンに対して永続的であり、すべてのマイナーバージョンへの無料アップデートが含まれます。サブスクリプションにより、サポートと新しいメジャーバージョンへのアップデートをご利用いただけます。
Subscription は、サブスクリプション期間中にリリースされた amCharts の任意のバージョンへの無制限の Support とアップグレードを含む付加価値サービスです。

Extended License では、関連会社内のプロジェクトの開発、「ホワイトラベル」製品の作成および配布、または SCALA のような言語、あるいはそれに類するソフトウェア開発環境でのアプリケーション開発を含むがこれらに限定されないソフトウェア開発プロジェクトで Licensed Software を使用する追加の権利が付与されます。

すべてのLicensed Softwareは、開発者ごとにライセンスが付与され、各開発者は個別の有効なライセンスを保持している必要があります。
Basic License - Basic Licenseでは、ログイン資格情報を必要とせずにユーザーがアクセスできる公開ウェブサイトを無制限に作成するためにLicensed Softwareを使用する権利が付与されます。これらのウェブサイトは、専ら社内の業務目的のために使用されるものとし、外部のクライアントまたは顧客のために開発されたり、引き渡されたりしてはなりません。
SaaS License - Basic Licenseで付与される権利に加えて、SaaS Licenseでは、ユーザー認証を必要とするSaaS（Software as a Service）プロジェクトを無制限に作成するためにLicensed Softwareを使用する権利がさらに付与されます。これには、イントラネット、CRMシステム、ウェブメールプラットフォームなどとして機能するウェブサイトが含まれますが、これらに限定されません。これらのSaaSプロジェクトはすべて、専ら社内の業務目的のためにのみ使用されるものとし、外部のクライアントまたは顧客のために開発されたり、引き渡されたりしてはなりません。
OEM License - OEM Licenseには、Basic LicenseおよびSaaS Licenseで付与されるすべての権利が含まれます。さらに、OEM Licenseにより、ウェブ、デスクトップ、モバイルアプリケーションおよび印刷物を無制限に作成するためにLicensed Softwareを使用することが許可されます。OEM Licenseでは、外部のクライアントまたは顧客向けのウェブサイトやプロジェクトの開発が明示的に認められています。
Extended OEM License - Extended Licenseは、Basic License、SaaS License、およびOEM Licenseに含まれるすべての権利を付与します。さらに、Extended Licenseでは、Licensed Softwareを以下の用途で使用する追加の権利が与えられます: (i) お客様のAffiliates内でのプロジェクト開発; (ii) “white label”製品の作成および配布、すなわち、Licensed Softwareを使用して製品を開発し、それらの製品を第三者に販売し、第三者はそれらを自社製品として再ブランド化して販売できること。ただし、各第三者のエンドユーザーライセンス契約に従うものとします; または (iii) SCALAなどの言語や類似のソフトウェア開発環境でのアプリケーション開発を含むがこれに限定されない、ソフトウェア開発プロジェクトでの使用。
Perpetual License - Perpetual Licenseでは、一度限りの固定料金を支払うことにより、Licensed Softwareを使用する権利が付与されます。このライセンスにより、Licensed Softwareへ無期限にアクセスし、使用することができます。
Annual License - Subscription Licenseでは、指定されたサブスクリプション料金を前払いすることで年単位で維持される有効なSubscription Period中にのみ、新規プロジェクトの開発または既存プロジェクトの変更のためにLicensed Softwareを使用する権利が付与されます。有効なSubscription Period中に作成されたプロジェクトは、Subscription Periodの満了または終了後も、Licensed Softwareを無期限に使用し続けることができます。

すべてのamCharts 5: Charts（英語版）ライセンスは、現在のメジャーバージョンについては無期限で、すべてのマイナーバージョンへの無料アップデートが含まれます。SaaS Licenses、OEM Licenses、Extended OEM Licensesには12か月のサブスクリプションが含まれており、これによりSupportと、サブスクリプション期間中にリリースされた新しいメジャーバージョンへのアクセスも提供されます。
Free License は、有料ライセンスと同じ機能を含みますが、各チャートに amCharts のウォーターマークが表示されます。
Basic License は、公開ウェブサイト（登録を必要としないもの）をお持ちの場合、またはクライアント向けのウェブサイトを開発してそこにチャート機能を追加したい場合に適しています。サブドメイン、ミラーサイトや翻訳サイト、開発・テスト用サーバーを対象とします。
SaaS License は、1つの SaaS ウェブサイト（例：オンライン会計サービス、CRM など）または再配布可能なソフトウェア製品（例：CMS、デスクトップアプリケーション、モバイルアプリ）に適しています。
OEM License では、あなたが所有または開発した任意の数のウェブサイトやアプリケーションでライブラリを自由に使用でき、購入対象製品の完全なソースコードも含まれるため、コア機能を変更できます。
Extended OEM License は、OEM License の条件を以下の内容で拡張します:

無料ライセンスとベーシックライセンスにはサポートは含まれていませんが、サブスクリプション（12か月間の無制限サポートとメジャーバージョンへのアップデートを含む）をオプションとして利用できます。
SaaSライセンス、OEMライセンス、および拡張OEMライセンスには12か月のサブスクリプションが含まれています。
さらに12か月分のSubscription Renewalを購入するか、サポートなしでご利用可能な製品のバージョン（サブスクリプション終了前に最後にリリースされたバージョン）を引き続き使用することができます。
amCharts は古いバージョンを直接販売していません。
本ライセンスソフトウェアは、(i) 関連会社、または (ii) あなたが関与する2社以上の合併が発生した場合に限り、第三者にのみ譲渡することができます。譲渡者が本書に定める該当する製品使用権、制限、責任の制限および譲渡制限を交付し、譲受人が書面で受諾しない限り、いかなる譲渡も有効ではありません。無許可の譲渡、またはこれらの条件に従わない譲渡は無効です。
