Perpetual and Subscription Licenses

Perpetual End User Licenses は、ライセンス契約の条件に基づき、ソフトウェア製品を永久に使用する権利を付与します。

Subscription Licenses は、ライセンス契約の条件に基づき、ライセンスされたサブスクリプション期間中、ソフトウェア製品を使用する権利を付与します。ソフトウェア製品を継続して使用するには、Subscription License Renewal を購入する必要があります（または Perpetual License にアップグレードします）。
Subscription License には12か月の契約が必要であり、サブスクリプション期間が終了するまでお客様は解約できません。Subscription License には、サブスクリプション期間中の保守およびサポートが含まれます。
お客様は、サブスクリプション期間中に標準の Perpetual License に変更できます。その際、サブスクリプションライセンスのクレジットが新しい Perpetual License の購入に充当されます。使用済みの保守期間はクレジットから差し引かれますのでご注意ください。
