Standard Support - Free - Questions received are replied to as soon as possible, on a first-in first-out basis. Standard Support includes:

Subscription - A Subscriptions includes all the benefits of Standard Support, plus the following for one full year:

  • Priority email support
  • All product updates
  • Limited analysis of source code utilizing Dart classes

Dart Telephone Support - A Subscription add-on, Premium Support provides the following upgrades to your current Subscription for one full year:

  • Telephone support
  • Top priority
  • Hotfix access
