旧バージョンの製品

MadCap Doc-To-Help（英語版）の新規ライセンスを購入すると、同じ製品の旧バージョンをダウンロードできます。

MadCap Doc-To-Help（英語版） のライセンス

ユーザー毎のライセンスです。 - 1ユーザーは、1ライセンスにつき3台のマシンにインストールできます。(サーバー毎のライセンスとなるSharePointプロダクトについては、例外となります。)

  • ライセンスは、ユーザー間、あるいはサーバー間の移動が可能です。
  • この場合、移動する前のユーザーのマシン(あるいはサーバー)からオリジナルのソフトウェアが完全に消去される必要があります。
  • ライセンスはコンテンツの作成、出力の生成ができる権利を付与します。
  • 作成および出力されたコンテンツの配布については、配布ロイヤリティーは無償です。
  • ライセンスはバグフィックスや新しい機能などを含んだ1年間の無償アップグレードが提供されます。
  • 1年経過後は、アップグレードのサービスは受けられなくなりますが、サブスクリプションの期間切れ後も、継続してライセンスを利用することは可能です。
  • エンドユーザーライセンス契約書(EULA)のコピーを、ダウンロードした際、及びセットアップツールを利用する際に、インストールされるフォルダーにコピーする必要があります。

プラチナムサポート: プラチナムサポートサブスクリプションは、英語による電話と優先されたオンラインでのテクニカルサポート(平日24時間以内のへ新保証)を1年間に渡って提供します。

テクニカルサポートエンジニアは、米国の祝祭時の9時～5時(米国東海岸時間)を除いた、平日の電話によるサポート(英語)での対応が可能です。
米国以外の国からご利用されるお客様は、電話サポートの時間に対する時差等にご注意ください。

ライセンス契約書

よく寄せられる質問と回答

付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

MadCap Doc-To-Help（英語版） はソフトウェアを12カ月間使用できる期限付きサブスクリプションとして利用できますが、ソフトウェアを使用し続けるには更新する必要があります。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

サブスクリプション契約が終了すると、ライセンスされたソフトウェアを使用できなくなります。 ソフトウェアを続けて使用するには、サブスクリプションを更新する必要があります。 詳しくは、ライセンス契約書を参照してください。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

MadCap Softwareの製品の旧バージョンを直接購入することはできません。ただし、新規ライセンスを購入すると、同じ製品の旧バージョンをダウンロードできます。

ライセンスを複数のマシンにインストールできますか。

はい。 別々のドメインにある2台のコンピューターのそれぞれにライセンスをインストールできます。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

はい。 ユーザーインターフェイスのリボンのヘルプタブにライセンスのアクティベーションを解除する機能があります。または、MadCapのサポート担当者にライセンスの譲渡を依頼してください。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

MadCap Doc-To-Help（英語版）の新規ライセンスには、12か月間のプラチナサポートとメンテナンスのサブスクリプションが付属しています。 このサブスクリプションには、製品のアップグレードとアップデート、Eメールと電話による無制限のサポート、サポート担当エンジニアへの問い合わせ、ナレッジベースとフォーラムへのアクセスが含まれます。また、オプションでプロジェクトをサポート担当チームに直接送信して解析を依頼することもできます。 サポート受付時間は、米国太平洋標準時で、月曜日～金曜日の午前6時から午後5時までです。

オンラインまたはオフラインでアクティベーションする必要がありますか。

いいえ。MadCap Doc-To-Help（英語版）をアクティベーションする必要はありません。
