Site OEM License. Paid Support Availability

Developer Support - Developer Support は、Developer Small Business license type のお客様にのみ提供されます。
Developer Small Business license の Developer で、年 3 件以上の issue が必要になるかもしれないと考えている場合は、Business Support を選択できます。

Business Support - Business Support は、Developer license types（Developer Small Business および Developer OEM）のいずれかをご利用のお客様に提供されます。

Enterprise Support - Enterprise support は、Site license types（Site Small Business および Site OEM）のいずれかをご利用のお客様に提供されます。

サポートを購入すると、1 年間、強化されたサポート オプションをご利用いただけます。

Developer/Business/Enterprise Support は、subscription の更新時、または license 購入時に購入できます。subscription の途中で Developer/Business Support を購入したい場合は、contact us までご連絡ください。

Priority Support Conditions

• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support では、business days に issue が報告されてから 24 時間以内の初回応答を保証します。GroupDocs はこの期間内での完全な解決を保証できませんが、issue の評価は提供されます。可能な場合、GroupDocs は簡単な修正と回避策を直ちに提供します。修正が必要な issue は、より時間がかかる場合があります。fix の提供日については保証できません。
• Paid Support Helpdesk へのアクセスは、subscription が購入された account と、支払った subscription level に基づく一定数の追加 account に限定されます。
• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support には、任意の 365 日間において指定された件数の issue が発生することを前提とする fair usage policy が適用されます。（issue とは、Paid Support Helpdesk で新しく開かれた Paid Support ticket を指します。）関連性のない複数の issue が 1 つの Paid Support ticket で開かれた場合、それらは別々の ticket に分割され、それぞれが使用量の上限にカウントされます。
• これらの条件は予告なく変更される場合があります。
• GroupDocs は、すべてまたは個別の製品に対する technical support をいつでも終了する権利を留保します。
• Hotfixes と feature requests は、提供される場合、対象製品の最新 version のみに対して作成されます。ソフトウェアの最新 version 以外は、この方法ではサポートされません。
