Paid Support Availability

Developer Support - Developer Support は、Developer Small Business license type の顧客にのみ提供されます。
Developer Small Business license の developer で、年間 3 件以上の issue が必要になるかもしれないと考える場合は、Business Support を選択できます。

Business Support - Business Support は、Developer license types（Developer Small Business および Developer OEM）のいずれかを利用している顧客に提供されます。

Enterprise Support - Enterprise support は、Site license types（Site Small Business および Site OEM）のいずれかを利用している顧客に提供されます。

support を購入すると、1 年間、強化された support オプションを利用できます。

Developer/Business/Enterprise Support は、subscription の更新時、または license 購入時に購入できます。subscription の途中で Developer/Business Support を購入したい場合は、contact us してください。

Priority Support Conditions

• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support は、business days に issue が報告されてから 24 時間以内の初回応答を保証します。GroupDocs はこの時間内に完全な解決を保証できませんが、issue の評価は提供されます。可能な場合、GroupDocs は簡単な修正や回避策をすぐに提供します。修正が必要な issue には、より時間がかかる場合があります。修正の提供日については保証できません。
• Paid Support Helpdesk へのアクセスは、subscription が購入された account と、paid subscription level に基づく一定数の追加 accounts に限定されます。
• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support は、365 日間で指定数の issue が報告されるという fair usage policy の対象です。（issue とは、Paid Support Helpdesk で新しく開かれた Paid Support ticket を指します。）複数の無関係な issue が 1 つの Paid Support ticket で開かれた場合、それらは個別の tickets に分割され、それぞれが利用枠にカウントされます。
• これらの条件は、予告なく変更される場合があります。
• GroupDocs は、いつでもすべてまたは個別の products に対する technical support を終了する権利を留保します。
• Hotfixes および feature requests は、提供される場合、対象 product の最新 version に対してのみ作成されます。ソフトウェアの最新 version 以外は、この方法ではサポートされません。
