Paid Support Availability

Developer Support - Developer Support は、Developer Small Business license type の customers のみに提供されます。
Developer Small Business license の developers で、年 3 件を超える issues が必要になるかもしれないと感じる場合は、Business Support を選択できます。

Business Support - Business Support は、いずれかの Developer license types (Developer Small Business and Developer OEM) の customers に提供されます。

Enterprise Support - Enterprise support は、いずれかの Site license types (Site Small Business and Site OEM) の customers に提供されます。

support を購入すると、1 年間 enhanced support option を利用できます。

subscription の更新時、または license 購入時に Developer/Business/Enterprise Support を購入できます。subscription の途中で Developer/Business Support を購入したい場合は、contact us してください。

Priority Support Conditions

• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support は、business days の営業時間内に issue が報告されてから 24 時間以内の初回応答を保証します。GroupDocs はこの時間内に完全な解決を保証できませんが、issue の評価は提供されます。可能な場合、GroupDocs は簡単な修正と回避策を直ちに提供します。修正が必要な issue には、より長い時間がかかる場合があります。修正の提供日については保証できません。
• Paid Support Helpdesk へのアクセスは、subscription が購入された account と、paid subscription level に基づく固定数の追加 account に限定されます。
• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support は、365 日間に発生する issue の指定数についての fair usage policy の対象となります。（issue とは、GroupDocs では Paid Support Helpdesk で新規に開かれた Paid Support ticket を意味します。）複数の無関係な issue が 1 つの Paid Support ticket で開かれた場合、それらは別々の ticket に分割され、それぞれが使用枠にカウントされます。
• これらの条件は予告なく変更される場合があります。
• GroupDocs は、すべての product または個別の product に対する technical support をいつでも終了する権利を留保します。
• hotfixes と feature requests は、提供される場合、対象 product の最新 version に対してのみ作成されます。ソフトウェアの最新 version 以外は、この方法ではサポートされません。
