Paid Support Availability

Developer Support - Developer Support は、Developer Small Business license type の顧客にのみ提供されます。
Developer Small Business license の developer で、年 3 件以上の issue が必要になる可能性がある場合は、Business Support を選択できます。

Business Support - Business Support は、Developer license types（Developer Small Business および Developer OEM）のいずれかをお持ちの顧客に提供されます。

Enterprise Support - Enterprise support は、Site license types（Site Small Business および Site OEM）のいずれかをお持ちの顧客に提供されます。

support を購入すると、1 年間 enhanced support option を利用できます。

subscription の更新時、または license 購入時に Developer/Business/Enterprise Support を購入できます。subscription の途中で Developer/Business Support を購入したい場合は、contact us してください。

Priority Support Conditions

• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support では、business days 中に issue が報告されてから 24 時間以内の初回応答を保証します。GroupDocs はこの時間枠内での完全な解決は保証できませんが、issue の評価は提供されます。可能な場合、GroupDocs は簡単な修正や回避策を直ちに提供します。修正が必要な issue は、より時間がかかる場合があります。修正の提供日については保証できません。
• Paid Support Helpdesk へのアクセスは、subscription を購入した account と、支払済み subscription level に基づく固定数の追加 accounts に制限されます。
• Developer/Business/Enterprise Support は、365 日間に指定数の issue が報告されるという fair usage policy の対象です。（issue とは、Paid Support Helpdesk で新しい Paid Support ticket が開かれたことを意味します。）1 件の Paid Support ticket 内で複数の無関係な issue が開かれた場合、それらは別々の ticket に分割され、それぞれが使用枠にカウントされます。
• これらの条件は予告なく変更される場合があります。
• GroupDocs は、すべての製品または個別の製品に対する technical support をいつでも終了する権利を留保します。
• Hotfixes および feature requests は、提供される場合、対象製品の最新 version のみを基に作成されます。最新 version 以外の software versions は、この方法ではサポートされません。
