Through an Internal License, Highsoft grants Licensee a non-exclusive, time-limited, non-sublicensable, worldwide right to install, reproduce, use and further develop Licensed Software:
i. on any number of private websites (including subdomains and intranet sites) for generation of generic content, and;
ii. on any number of Internal Applications.
A Web License authorizes Licensee to use the Licensed Software for internal purposes and extends to Licensee’s employees and contractors, but not to its clients or other Third Parties. The Web License does not include any right for Licensee to use the Licensed Software in a SaaS Application or a Web Application.
The condition that the right to use the Licensed Software under a Web License is limited to generation of generic content only, means that the content being included on websites must be the same (identical) for all users, and that Licensee shall not generate individually tailored content adapted to any user’s personal data or choices.

Internal License

追加情報
Internal License は、Licensee が Licensed Software を社内目的のみに使用することを許可し、Licensee の従業員および請負業者にまで適用されますが、顧客やその他の Third Parties には適用されません。Internal License には、Licensee が Licensed Software を SaaS Application、Web Application、または Licensee Product で使用する権利は含まれず、また Licensee が Customer Installations を実行することも許可されません。
SaaS License
Internal License に含まれるすべてに加えて、SaaS License には、公開 Web サイト上で静的および動的コンテンツを生成するために Highcharts を1 つの SaaS または 1 つの Web application のみに使用する権利が含まれます。
複数の Developer SaaS Licenses を購入しても、ライセンス対象のアプリケーション数は増えず、One SaaS または Web application に対する開発者席の数が増えるだけです。
SaaS License は 1 つのアプリケーションに割り当てられるため、アプリケーションをデプロイする前に Highsoft にアプリケーション名を通知する必要があります。
SaaS+ License
SaaS+ License には、Internal License に含まれるすべてに加えて、Highcharts を最大 5 つの SaaS または Web applications のみに使用する権利が含まれます（5 つの SaaS applications、5 つの Web applications、またはその両方の組み合わせでも構いませんが、アプリケーションの総数が 5 を超えないことが条件です）。
SaaS+ License は最大 5 つの指定アプリケーションに割り当てられるため、アプリケーションをデプロイする前にアプリケーション名（複数可）を Highsoft に通知する必要があります。
Self Hosted
SaaS および SaaS+ Licenses は、あなたがホストする Web サーバー上で実行されるアプリケーション向けであり、SaaS、Web application、desktop application、または mobile application として配布できます。お客様のインストール向けに、あなたの製品をお客様のホストサーバーへ配布する必要がある場合は、OEM License が必要です。
Annual or Perpetual License
Internal License、SaaS License、および SaaS+ Licenses は、Annual License または Perpetual License のいずれかとして利用できます。
OEM License (Only available as Perpetual License)
