Support Contract Renewals

  • support contract が有効である場合、または期限切れから 3 か月未満の場合は、更新できます。
    • 新しい契約は元の契約をシームレスに延長し、元の契約の有効期限日から開始します。
  • support contract が 3 か月以上前に期限切れになっている場合:
    • 新しいライセンスを購入する必要があります。新しい契約は購入日に開始します。
