Support Contract Renewals

  • Support Contract が有効であるか、または期限切れから 3 か月未満の場合、更新できます。
    • 新しい契約は元の契約をシームレスに延長し、元の契約の有効期限日から開始します。
  • Support Contract の期限切れから 3 か月以上経過している場合:
    • 新しいライセンスを購入する必要があります。新しい契約は購入日から開始します。
