付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

有料の商用ライセンスは、1年間のサポート、メンテナンス、アップグレードのサブスクリプションを含む永久ライセンスです。

ライセンスをアップグレードまたはダウングレードできますか。

サブスクリプション契約が切れている場合は、サブスクリプションを更新すると12か月間新しいバージョンを利用することができます。 旧バージョンにダウングレードすることはできません。 Smart HTML Elementsは常に最新バージョンを使用することをお勧めします。

現在持っているライセンスに開発者を追加できますか。

はい。 開発者ライセンスを追加購入するか、開発者チームライセンスを購入してください。

開発者ライセンスとOEMライセンスの違いは何ですか。

OEMライセンスは、多数の子会社や提携会社を持つ大規模な組織や、相手先ブランド製造用のライセンスを必要とする企業のお客様に適しています。 お客様に合わせてライセンス契約がカスタマイズされ、プラチナサポートが付属しています。

マルチアプリケーション開発者ライセンスとは何ですか。

ライセンス対象の製品を無制限のWebアプリケーション、SaaSプロジェクト、イントラネット、Webサイトで使用できるようにするライセンスです。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

商用ライセンスには、購入後12か月間のテクニカルサポートが含まれています。

  • 標準サポートでは、1年間に20件までのサポートチケットを発行できます。 サポート担当者の応答時間は、48時間以内（月曜日～金曜日）です。
  • 優先サポートでは、1年間に40件までのサポートチケットを発行できます。 サポート担当者の応答時間は、24時間以内（月曜日～金曜日）です。
  • プラチナサポートでは、1年間に120件までのサポートチケットを発行できます。 サポート担当者の応答時間は、24時間以内（月曜日～金曜日）です。
サポート期間が終了した後はどうなりますか。

新規ライセンスのほぼ半額で、メンテナンス契約を更新することができます。 契約を更新すると、さらに12か月間、テクニカルサポートと新バージョンを利用できるようになります。

本番用マシンとビルド用マシンにそれぞれ別のライセンスが必要ですか。

いいえ。 ライセンスはコンピューター単位で付与されるのではないので、生産環境のサーバー、テスト専用マシンやビルド専用のマシンを区別する必要はありません。 開発者の人数を基準にして製品のライセンスが付与されます。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

いいえ。 旧バージョンのご利用はできません。 Smart HTML Elementsは常に最新バージョンを使用することをお勧めします。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

はい。 別の開発者に譲渡できます。 開発者の人数を基準にしてライセンスが付与されます。開発者個人に付与されるのではありません。
