1つのソフトウェアライセンスがエンドユーザ / デベロッパー毎に必要です。 すべてのライセンスは12カ月のサポートとアップグレード含みます。ランタイムライセンスは無料ではありません。

サーバーライセンス:1つのサーバーライセンスがサーバー毎に必要とされます。 サーバーライセンスは次の状況でのツールキットの使用が必要になります:
1. Windows サービスあるいは直接ユーザーによって操作されないどんな Windows プロセスでも。
2.1つの Web サーバアプリケーションの一部として
3. Linux 、SolarisあるいはFreeBSDプロセスがttyデバイスあるいは X Windows ディスプレイに置かれない。

サイト・ライセンス:1つの物理的な場所の中で無限数のマシンにコンポーネントをインストールすることを可能にします。

ディトリビューションライセンス:ディトリビューションライセンスは多数のサイトに組織あるいは会社の外にアプリケーションを実装するか、あるいはコンポーネントプロダクトを商業的に売られるアプリケーションに埋め込むことを可能にします。 ディトリビューションライセンスは無制限のクライアントを無制限のサーバーにインストールすることができます。

例:
1.アプリケーションにバーコード認識を加えたいと希望するソフトウェア会社。 ツールキットで作動する必要があって、そしてどんなそれ以上の料金でも支払わないでランタイムライセンスを分配するためにそうすることを望む、4名の開発者のチームを持っています 。
必要とされたライセンス:
4ユーザー / デベロッパーライセンス(ランタイムロイヤリティフリーではなく)1ディストリビューションライセンス

2.組織の中でバーコードツールキットを開発して、そして実装することを希望する会社。 1つの場所に本拠地を置いて、そして多数のランタイムライセンスを必要とする場合。
必要とされるライセンス:
