Steemaの製品の新規ライセンスを購入すると、同じ製品の旧バージョンをダウンロードできます。

TeeSuite for RAD Studio（英語版） のライセンス

One software license is required per developer.

One Year Subscription with access to all minor and major updates during the subscription period is included with all developer licenses.

Web Server Runtime Licenses may be applicable - (Please note requires a valid developer license)
Please see the licensing information in the evaluations section for more information.

Subscription Renewal: To extend your current subscription for 1 Year. 1 Month Grace Period for Expired suscriptions available, after that you will need to buy an the corresponding upgrade price option.

Pro-support
Pro support is an agreement that gives the subscriber a priority support link into Steema.
Features of the agreement are as follows:

  • 12 TeeChart Pro priority Questions. The priority questions may be used at any time during the subscription period in addition to use of standard support channels.
  • Priority mails are answered by a receipt confirmation and replied to within 48 hours during working hours.
  • Private newsgroups, access to preview releases.

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

Steemaの製品の旧バージョンを直接購入することはできません。ただし、新規ライセンスを購入すると、同じ製品の旧バージョンをダウンロードできます。

ライセンスを複数のマシンにインストールできますか。

はい。 Developmentライセンスでは、1人の開発者が2台のマシンにソフトウェアをインストールできます。ただし、2台のマシンを同時に使用することはできません。 詳しくは、ライセンス契約書を参照してください。

ソースコードを利用できますか。

はい。 TeeSuite for RAD Studio（英語版） には、ソースコードが含まれています。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

譲渡を受ける開発者がライセンス契約書のすべての条項に同意する場合に限り、ソフトウェア（すべてのコンポーネントを含みます）を別の開発者に譲渡できます。 このような場合は、ライセンスを譲渡することを、譲渡を受ける開発者の連絡先とともに、Steemaに書面で知らせてください。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

どのサブスクリプションにも、標準サポートが含まれています。

オプションの1年間のPriorityサポートは次のとおりです。

  • 標準サポートを依頼する回数に制限はありません。
  • 優先サポート案件を1年間に12件まで提出できます。
  • サポート担当者の応答時間は月曜日～金曜日の24時間以内です（通常数時間内に応答します）。
  • コンピューターのリモート制御によるサポートを受けられます。
  • プレビューリリースにアクセスできます。
オンラインまたはオフラインでアクティベーションする必要がありますか。

TeeSuite for RAD Studio（英語版） は、アクティベーションを必要とします。 アクティベーションするマシンがインターネットに接続されていない場合は、別のマシンでオンラインフォームを使用してアクティベーションコードを生成できます。
