ライセンス契約書

よく寄せられる質問と回答

付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

DevExpressのライセンスはすべて永久ライセンスです。 サブスクリプション期間が終了しても、購入した製品をそのまま使用できます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

サブスクリプションの期限が切れても、製品を続けて使用できます。 サブスクリプションの期限切れとは、製品のアップデートや新しくリリースされた製品を受け取れなくなるという意味です。 サブスクリプションの更新は、新規ライセンスを購入するよりも低価格で行えます。 ただし、製品購入後13か月目までにサブスクリプションを更新しないと、以後1か月ごとに更新料が値上がりします。

既存の複数のライセンスの更新日を調整できますか。

はい、できます。これは、お客様がComponentSourceを介して製品を購入されなかった場合も同様です。 調整ご希望のライセンスについて、お電話または 。

ライセンスをアップグレードまたはダウングレードできますか。

DevExpress ASP.NETまたはDevExpress WinFormsから、DXperienceまたはDevExpress Universalにアップグレードできます。 現時点では、DevExpressの他の製品をアップグレードすることはできません。

ダウンロードも同様です。例えば、DevExpress UniversalからDevExpress WinFormsにダウンロードできます。

既存のDevExpressアカウントに新しいライセンスまたは旧バージョンのライセンスを追加できますか。

はい。既存のDevExpressアカウントに同じ製品の新しいライセンス、または別の製品の新しいライセンスを追加できます。 古いバージョンのライセンスは、アカウントに自動的に追加されます。

古いバージョンの製品を購入できますか。

DevExpressの製品の古いバージョンを直接購入することはできません。 しかし、新規ライセンスを購入すると、その製品の旧バージョンを追加料金なしでダウンロードして使用できます。

ライセンスを複数のマシンにインストールできますか。

はい。開発者1人あたり、2台のコンピューター（例：デスクトップとラップトップ）にインストールすることが許可されています。

ソースコードを利用できますか。

ソースコードが含まれているのは、DevExpress Universal、DXperience、DevExpress VCL Subscription、およびDevExtreme Completeだけです。 個別のプラットフォーム用の製品（例： DevExpress ASP.NET）には含まれていません。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

はい。 お客様の会社が複数のライセンスを購入している場合は、お客様自身がDevExpressのWebsiteでライセンスを譲渡できます。 DevExpressのWebサイトでアカウントにログインし、ライセンスマネージャーで、目的のライセンスを開発者のEメールアドレスに割り当ててください。 DevExpressは、フローティングライセンスを提供していません。 詳しくは、エンドユーザーライセンス契約書を参照してください。

どのようなサポートを受けられますか。

DevExpressのWebサイトのサポートセンターに質問を入力するか、support@devexpress.comにEメールを送信できます。 DevExpressは、すべてのお問い合わせに1営業日内にお答えすることを目標にしています。 お電話、インスタントメッセージ、チャットでのサポートは提供していません。 サポートをご利用になれるのは、有効なライセンスを持つ開発者の方だけです。

DevExpress Universalには、Priorityサポートが含まれています。DevExtreme Completeでは、Priorityサポートを含めるかどうかを選択できます。

オンラインまたはオフラインでアクティベーションする必要がありますか。

DevExpressの製品は、インストールするときにアクティベーションを必要とします。 アクティベーションしているコンピューターがインターネットに接続されていない場合は、インストーラーに不透明型データBLOBが表示されるので、このBLOBをインターネットに接続されているコンピューターからDevExpressに送信する必要があります。 DevExpressからすぐに別のBLOBが返信されるので、このBLOBをインストーラーに入力します。 この検証手続きが完了すると、インストーラーが次の手順に進むので、 表示される指示に従ってください。
