One software license is required per user.

Each license permits installation on a single computer by one user, with an additional installation allowed on a personal or portable device used exclusively by the same individual.

Multi-User Licensing: Organizations can purchase multi-user licenses, allowing distribution within the organization. Each user must be individually licensed; these are not concurrent-use licenses.

Perpetual Licenses allowing you to keep using the software forever. The perpetual license includes 1 year maintenance for technical support and upgrades. If the maintenance is not renewed you can continue to use the software however you will not be entitled to technical support or future upgrades.
You can increase your maintenance term to 2 Years or 3 Years.

Annual Subscription Licenses include the right to use the software, access technical support and receive product upgrades for the duration of your subscription term (1 Year). You will need to renew your subscription to continue to use the software and receive the other benefits. If you do not renew then you will no longer be able to use the software.
