Distribution: Licensee が Authorized の場合、Xceed は Licensee に対し、Redistributable Files を複製し、Licensee が開発したソフトウェア製品にのみ付随する形でそれらを配布するための、永続的かつロイヤリティフリーで非独占的なライセンスを付与します。

配布および／または再配布の権利は、有効かつアクティブな（料金支払い済みの）サブスクリプションを保有するライセンシーに付与されます。サブスクリプションを更新しない場合、すでに配布したアプリケーションを更新または配布することはできなくなります。
