Annual Premium Support Subscription
Premium Subscription は、FMS から最高レベルのサポートを求めるお客様にとって理想的なオプションです。年会費により、シニアサポートエンジニアによる電話およびメールでのテクニカルサポートをご利用いただけます。FMS は随時、既存製品の新しいバージョンをリリースし、新機能を追加することがあります。これらはポイント リリース（例：version 11.0 から 11.1）であり、既存機能の問題を修正する新しいビルド（例：version 11.00.0001 から 11.00.0002）とは異なります。これらのポイント リリースは、既存のお客様向けに少額のアップグレード料金で提供されます。Premium Technical Support の加入者は、加入期間中これらのアップグレードを自動的に、追加料金なしで受け取れます。注：バージョン間のアップグレード（たとえば Access 2002 から Access 2003 への移行）は Point Release Upgrades とは見なされず、Premium Subscription には含まれません。サブスクリプションは、製品またはスイートごとに12か月間利用でき、いつでも購入できます。サブスクリプションを購入するには、製品の登録所有者であり、かつサブスクリプションに基づくサポートについて FMS に連絡する唯一の人物である必要があります。
