New IGCompactCalendarView control - Displays a month in a compact format. Unlike the IGCalendarView you cannot navigate to different views. Instead, the control allows you to quickly look through a calendar and see what days you have appointments.

Appointment Pressed Delegate - A delegate method has been added to the IGCalendarView for detecting when an appointment has been tapped while in day view.
