Modified the behavior so that when running in a 64-bit process, twaindsm.dll is used even if twain32_dll is specified in the Scan.DllFileName property.
When twain_32.dll or TWAINDSM.dll does not exist, the Scan.Initialize method returns False. In this case, the ErrorStatus property previously returned TwainLoad; this has been changed to FileNotFound.
