• AI Assistant
  • AI Assistant Chatbot Displayed in Non-Modal Window - The AI Assistant Chatbot is now displayed in a non-modal window directly within the documentation pages, providing users with an enhanced browsing and interaction experience.
  • AI Assistant Threads Visible to Management Team - Administrators and moderators are now have access to all user interactions with the AI Assistant. The management team can use the new AI Threads page to view the conversation threads that users have sent to the AI Assistant on each particular site. It offers valuable insights into how users engage with the AI, enabling a deeper understanding of usage patterns and enabling improvements in documentation and support. There's also some advanced filtering options to help moderators quickly locate particular threads (e.g. those marked by users as "not useful" or "irrelevant").
  • Rating Mechanism for AI Assistant Replies - Users are now able to rate the usefulness of AI Assistant replies via a simple feedback system. Admins and moderators can then view this feedback to gauge the effectiveness of the AI Assistant, enabling them to make informed adjustments to the documentation and improve the overall user experience.
  • AI-Enhanced Search Summary Improvements - The AI-Enhanced Search Summary feature is now generated and displayed only when a user's search query is identified as a question, ensuring that the search summary is shown in the most appropriate situations.
• Organization/Site Dashboard
  • Link to AI Threads Added in the Organization and Site Dashboards - The organization and site dashboard pages now contain a column in the Sites table that displays the number of AI Threads that were added by users on the particular site and the displayed number is a link that navigates to the AI Threads page where you can see the actual conversions between the users and the AI Assistant.
  • AI Widgets Added to Organization Dashboard - The organization dashboard now contains widgets (panes) with information about AI usage. The AI Assistant Threads widget displays the total number of threads that were initiated with the AI Assistant for the organization, the AI Assistant Users widget displays the number of user that initiated chats with the AI Assistant, and the AI Assistant Summaries widget displays the number of AI Assistant Search Summaries that were initiated.
• Usage Statistics
  • New Search Summaries Metric - A new AI Assistant Search Summaries metric has been added to statistics. It presents information about search summaries such as the total number, the number of search summaries with a successful result, the number of search summaries that continued in the chat, and the estimated number of tokens consumed.
  • AI Assistant Thread Statistics Contain Information About Reply Usefulness - The AI Assistant Threads tables have been updated to allow you to easily view and analyze metrics for threads that contain replies marked as useful, not useful, or inaccurate. This enhancement empowers organizations to better understand user engagement and the effectiveness of AI-generated responses.

  • The Lucene library used for search-related functionality has been updated to version 9.11.1.
  • The PostgreSQL library has been updated to version 42.5.5.
  • The Spring Security library has been updated to version 5.7.13.
