付与されるライセンスは、永久（期限なし）ライセンスですか、それとも一時（期限あり）ライセンスですか。

YouTrack（日本語版） のライセンスは永久ライセンスです。 サブスクリプションを更新しなくても、元のサブスクリプション期間中にリリースされた最新バージョンのソフトウェアを引き続き使用することができます。

サブスクリプション契約が終了した後はどうなりますか。

サブスクリプション契約が終了しても、元のソフトウェアを使用できますが、今後リリースされるアップデートや新バージョンは利用できません。 アップデートや新バージョンを利用するには、サブスクリプションを更新する必要があります。

ライセンスをアップグレードまたはダウングレードできますか。

サブスクリプション契約期間が過ぎている場合は、失効したサブスクリプションの更新オプションを購入すると、最新バージョンのソフトウェアにアクセスできます。

現在持っているライセンスに開発者を追加できますか。

はい。既存のサブスクリプションパックの商用年間サブスクリプションを購入してください。 詳しくは、当社にお問い合わせください。

ライセンスを別の開発者に譲渡できますか。

はい。 同じ組織に属する開発者間で譲渡できます。 ライセンスの管理担当者が、開発者のJetBrainsアカウントにライセンスを割り当てたり、取り消したりできます。
