- Freshdesk integration: session agent can now link a Remote Support session to a Freshdesk ticket, so that chat content, remote system info and files uploaded are added as a private note to the ticket.
- When a session is started from Computers menu, the title of the viewer window includes computer surname instead of remote machine name.
- Windows: Improved the organization of buttons in the viewer's lateral menu.
- Improved unattended access: connection times are now faster and consistent.
- Improved direct connection frame drop recovery.
- Reduced image freeze when connection method (indirect/direct) changes.
- Windows: Reduced API calls during client startup and usage.
