機能

  • Freshdesk integration: session agent can now link a Remote Support session to a Freshdesk ticket, so that chat content, remote system info and files uploaded are added as a private note to the ticket.
  • When a session is started from Computers menu, the title of the viewer window includes computer surname instead of remote machine name.
  • Windows: Improved the organization of buttons in the viewer's lateral menu.
  • Improved unattended access: connection times are now faster and consistent.
  • Improved direct connection frame drop recovery.
  • Reduced image freeze when connection method (indirect/direct) changes.
  • Windows: Reduced API calls during client startup and usage.

  • Fixed client update when Windows user name contains non-latin characters.
  • Fixed occasional chat freeze.
  • Windows: now handles Ctrl+Wheel, Shift+Wheel and Ctrl+Shift+Wheel shortcuts.
  • Windows: fixed clipboard synchronization window freezing / not working in specific situations.
  • Fixed error when connecting to a remote session as user without subscription.

  • MacOS: Fixed some unhandled keys when session is viewed from Windows (Numeric keypad keys and SHIFT + 8).

  • MacOS: Fixed manually selecting automatic video quality froze the viewer image.
  • Windows: Fixed regression provoking "NullReferenceException" when connecting to an unattended computer.
  • Windows: Fixed unattended access not restored after logging off/session switching.
  • Windows: Fixed unattended access not properly continuing after console session was unlocked.
  • Windows: Fixed unattended access showing "desktop cannot be captured at the moment" when sharer screen was static.
  • Windows: Fixed unattended access not responding and showing blue/black screen due to session sleeping.
  • Fixed direct connection sometimes not falling back to relay connection when failing, provoking a screen freeze.
  • Windows: Fixed "enable full screen" button text empty.
