WinDataChart

• CategoryToolTipLayer.TooltipPosition property is not implemented.
• Clearing the axes after the series leaves the axes still being drawn.
• RadialAreaSeries's defaul ItemTooltip property for an item in the center is blank.
• The zoom (pinch) gestures are inversed when the control is displayed on a monitor to the left of the primary monitor.
• Control's exception is raised when RangeColumnSeries is empty.
• Whole control area turns to black when move mouse pointer on the control's surface.
