• Python 2.7 Extended Support:
  • The new back end regains support for projects that contain OS X 11 builds.
  • Tkinter/Tcl support has been restored for Windows.
  • Scipy support removed from all platforms.
  • ActivePython ships with dormant pip/setuptools by default. These can be replaced post-installation using python -m ensurepip, but if a specific pip or setuptools version is desired that should be added to the configuration.
