不具合の修正

• Fixed an issue where problem reports could not be sent from PCs that had no previous installation of FlashBack.
• Fixed an issue when multiple webcams were connected, and a non-default one selected, FB could show the non-default cam as selected, but record from the previously selected default.
• Fixed an issue where using ChromaCam AVS as the webcam could result in FlashBack locking up when the Settings dialog was displayed.
• Fixed an issue where after making a recording with webcam and mic, no PC sound, if another recording was made with the same settings, the webcam was not recorded.
• Fixed an issue where the code signing certificate had expired, resulting in warnings on download from Chrome.
