• Fixed an issue where the welcome page may not be displayed in forms authentication mode with a fresh installation for the same domain.
• Fixed a minor issue where the trigger checker did not reset state correctly.
• The web UI now correctly stays on the service unavailable page until the service is completely ready.
• Resolved an issue where service communication errors could spam the event log.
