• Improved support for the Trust Server Certificate parameter in SQL Server and Azure SQL environments - Implemented support for the Trust Server Certificate parameter in MS SQL Server and Azure SQL connection flows. The enhancement allows users to bypass SSL/TLS certificate validation when connecting to SQL Server instances using self-signed or untrusted certificates, with additional handling introduced for Windows Authentication scenario via updates to the ER/Studio Launcher.
  • The Trust server certificate option now appears in the Repository DB Setup page of the Team Server Configurator for users who select MS SQL Server 2012-2022 or MS Azure SQL DB / MS Azure SQL Managed Instance. By default, this checkbox is clear.
