年間プレミアムサポートサブスクリプション
プレミアムサブスクリプションはFMSに最も高いサポートレベルを求めている顧客のための理想的なオプションです。 年間の費用は、上級のサポートエンジニアから電話と電子メールによる技術サポートを受ける権利を与えます。 時折、FMSは既存のプロダクトに新しい機能を加えた、新しいバーションを公表することがあります。 これらはポイントリリース（例えば、バージョン11.0から11.1へ）であり、そして既存の特性の問題を修正する新しいビルド（例えば、バージョン11.00.0001から11.00.0002まで）とは異なります。 これらのポイントリリースは現在の顧客にごくわずかのアップグレード費用で入手可能です。 プレミアム技術サポート加入者はサブスクリプション期間の間に追加費用なしで、自動的にアップグレードを受け取ることができます。注意：バージョン間のアップグレード（例えばAccess2002からAccess2003に行く場合）はポイントリリースアップグレードとして取り扱われず、プレミアムサブスクリプションには含まれていません。サブスクリプションは、１２か月単位のプロダクトあるいはスイートベースに適用可能で、いつでもご購入いただくことができます。サブスクリプションの購入者として商品の所有登録をする必要があり、FMSからサポートを受ける事のできる唯一の人になります。
