The license is granted for one developer only, and one machine.
.NET Individual license is available as Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum packages for WPF, Winforms and UWP or as a bundle of all platforms.
- Bronze*: Includes XY
- Silver*: Includes XY and 3D.
- Gold*: Includes XY, 3D and Polar, Smith, Maps, Signal Tools.
- Platinum*: Includes XY, 3D, Polar, Smith, Maps, Signal Tools and Volume Rendering.
Non-Perpetual (Subscription) License - Includes development and deployment rights plus software updates for the duration of the non-perpetual (subscription) license. After the non-perpetual (subscription) license has expired you will need to renew the non-perpetual (subscription) license or remove the software from both developer and end user machines. Non-Perpetual Licenses include Limited Support; Limited to 2 support tickets for a 1-year subscription and 4 support tickets for a 2-year subscription.
Perpetual License - Includes software updates with a Standard or Premium Support subscription. After subscription expiration, the developer can continue working with existing libraries however, new releases and customer support will not be available unless renewed.
- Standard Support. 10 support tickets for a 1-year subscription and 15 support tickets for a 2-year subscription.
- Premium Support (Included in Enterprise license). Priority and unlimited technical support + 1 yearly 30-minute video call with our specialists.
Floating License - The structure of floating licenses is almost identical to LightningChart .NET packages
- Can be installed and used by several developers on multiple machines.
- One developer can use a floating license at a time.
- Floating licenses need an internet connection to the LightningChart licensing server.
- A regular Floating License requires continuous online access to the LightningChart’s server.
LightningChart also offer a Floating License Service, where workstations connect to a floating license service running in the customer’s server, and do not require an internet access.

Site License - A Site License enables usage of LightningChart .NET by an agreed count of direct LightningChart developers and co-developers within one team.

Offline Activation Fee - Please note that if your subscription has expired and you need re-activate the software, for example to move the software to a new machine, or re-install, there will be an offline activation fee charged of approx $300 USD.
Source Code
- Source Code is only available at an Enterprise level. It can be purchased for instant access for the first year and renewed at a preferential discount for the following years. If a Source Code subscription is not renewed, you will only get access to the Source Code version that was released before stopping the subscription.
- Source Code Assurance is available for both SME and Enterprise levels. Purchasing the Source Code Assurance is possible for the first year and it can be renewed at a preferential discount for the following years. Source Code Assurance guarantees you receive the Source Code even if LightningChart goes out of business. If you stop your Source Code Assurance subscription, you will not get access to the Source Code even if LightningChart goes out of business.
