One license is required per server and is licensed for internal company use only for the designated number of simultaneous document connections.
The Docs Enterprise edition is not to be used as SAAS. If you require SAAS you should consider the ONLYOFFICE Docs Developer Edition license.

License duration is 1 year. After 1 year you must renew your license or stop using the software.
