不具合の修正

PDF Rendering:

• Some small images were not rendered correctly using GDI+ engine.
• File could not be loaded if /Length key is missing from XRef stream.
• Chroma key mask was not applied correctly to CMYK images.
• Page could not be rendered because of invalid chroma key mask.

PDF Viewer:

• Some small images were not rendered correctly using GDI+ engine.
• Annotations were not shown/hidden when their Flags changed.
• File could not be loaded if /Length key is missing from XRef stream.
• Chroma key mask was not applied correctly to CMYK images.
• Page could not be rendered because of invalid chroma key mask.
