• PDFFile.GetPageImage method fails in some situations.

PDF Viewer

• PDFDocument.Save method enters infinite loop in some situations.
• Text is not displayed in some situations.
• Text is not displayed when font encoding is /Identity#2DH,
• PageDisplayLayoutChange event is not fired.
• Space character disappears when edited free text annotation loses focus.
• If the cursor is changed in MoveMove event, it flickers when the mouse moves.
