• Added Command Window EXIT WINDOW command to close the current window.
• New Oracle Client Wizard can now be used when PL/SQL Developer starts for the first time, allowing you to select an Oracle Client, a network configuration (TNS_ADMIN), and NLS settings. The Oracle Client Wizard can also be started from the Oracle Connection Preference page.
• The AI Assistant now supports xAI Grok.
• JSON parsing and formatting now supports single JSON array values.

• Oracle Error Help URL removed from the error text if there is also a Help button.
• Closing the last Window in SDI mode did not update the application title.
• Saving Bookmarks did not work for SQL Window when using desktop parameter.
• Some controls and fonts did not scale correctly when using multiple displays with different scaling.
• Page Control tab text vertical alignment was not always correct.
• Refreshing a SQL Window result set record with object type columns did not always work correctly.
• Column filtering in a SQL Window result set with object type columns did not always work correctly.
• Hyperlink navigation within a select statement did not always work.
• Result set from a query in the debugger could not be exported in SQL format.
• The Code Assistant did not always work within a statement with a semicolon in a string or comment.
