Licensed per year, you need a license sufficient to cover the number of data sources and active forms you require.
A data source is a M365 tenant, Salesforce Instance, or NetSuite Instance. A Sandbox or test instance/tenant is counted as a data source.
There are currently 4 subscription plans available. All plans build on the previous tier, adding more features as you move up.
- Essential Tier:
- Self Service: Knowledgebase access or Paid Support.
- Annual license.
- Auto-Renewal: Contract will renew on an annual basis.
- Onboarding support available for purchase.
- Professional Tier:
- Standard Support: Submit tickets, access to Customer Portal and Knowledge Base.
- Increased functionality: receive all features from the Essential Tier and more.
- Annual or multi year license.
- Up to 1 hour of Installation Support.
- Up to 1 hour of Product Onboarding Training.
- Additional support available for purchase.
- Premium AI Tier:
- Premium Support: increase ticket response time and receive a dedicated Account Manager.
- Increased functionality: receive all features from the Professional Tier and more.
- Annual or multi year license.
- AI Features (coming soon).
- Enhanced Security Requirements.
- Up to 2 hours of Installation Support.
- Up to 3 hours of Product Onboarding Training.
- Additional support available for purchase.
- Enterprise Tier:
- Increased functionality: receive all features from the Premium Tier and more.
- Dedicated Senior Account Manager.
- Custom feature limits.
- Up to 2 hour Installation Support.
- Custom Onboarding Hours.
