不具合の修正

• Fixed a problem related to dragging a data column to the weight field for a "Bubble" type chart.
• Fixed a problem related to loading "Report Image" and "Report Icon" properties for a report template.
• Fixed an issue with the localization of elements in the chart row selection menu on the toolkit and the "Insert" tab in the report designer.
