SurveyJS offers a perpetual, developer-based license for the Dashboard library, meaning you can make a one-time payment and use the software indefinitely.
Access to the latest product versions and technical support is provided on a subscription basis. The first year subscription is free and it gives you permanent access to the versions released within the first 12 months of the original purchase date, along with access to a dedicated Help Desk for license holders. Optionally, you can choose to continue receiving all updates and technical support at any time in the future by renewing your subscription.
PDF Generator licenses are required per developer who will work with SurveyJS product APIs and integrate them into your project. However, developer licenses are not necessary for colleagues working on other functional areas of the project, provided they use the libraries as dependencies solely for compiling and building.

License Scenario 1:
A company decides to build a survey module into their application, so that admins can create and update forms. The company operates across multiple domains, and a total of 4 developers will work with the SurveyJS products' APIs and implement the integration. Additionally, there will be 16 admins creating surveys, and the company expects around 50,000 form submissions per month. In this case, the company will require 4 developer licenses.
License Scenario 2:
A web development company builds a SaaS project for a client, they need to purchase a license for each developer involved in implementing the SurveyJS library integration. As long as the client's own development team does not directly work with the SurveyJS API, only the web development company's developers require licenses. Licenses are only required for developers, regardless of how many users create and submit forms and surveys.
