Pros: Syncfusion provides very powerful functionality with a wide range of components and features. It is very flexible and adaptable to different scenarios. Their licensing model seems reasonable. They provide online documentation of their many components and the important classes in these components. Their support responds very quickly to any questions including providing working examples.

Cons: Their online documentation and the samples provided list the obvious such as the name of each parameter, but provides little to no explanation of the range of values accepted or returned, why we should use different parameter settings, how to map real world scenarios to different API values. Their API is huge and very flexible. This could be great IF we could know when or why to use the many options it provides. Without that, it just adds to the confusion. The support responses often provide extensive explanation of issues I already understand and didn't ask. However, they provide very little explanation for or answers to the questions I do ask. It seems that whoever is answering probably doesn't understand it any more than we do, they are just reading the same generic documentation we are and feeding that back to us. Not helpful! This product has huge potential IF they will slow down a bit on adding every feature imaginable and having the senior level developers go back and document what they have already released.
